Everything about this video made me want to get out of the house (mind you, it’s winter time), go to the nearest sporting goods store and buy myself a wingsuit.

The camera angles, the music, the introduction.. all to setup the perfect recording of Espen Fadnes, flying down a mountain. It was a huge inspiration to any dreamer out there.

Well here’s 22 minutes of ‘em, give or take some initial story building and the credits. This is a small piece of fiction done by a group of incredibly talented individuals. The cinematography, storytelling, and score are all wonderfully honed.

Directed by Josh Weigel, this inspirational video is no longer than a short television episode, but says more in it’s run than a lot of full featured films have achieved. Starring Nick Vujicic, Eduardo Verástegui (Bella) and Doug Jones (Pan’s Labyrinth, Fantastic Four), it is now in the process of being adapted into a full featured film!
